The first 100 records are displayed. Please select a filter and/or search by name, address, permit number or APN to locate your record. The Record ID field refers to the Permit Number (PR) or Service Request (SR) number associated with your permit service.

To view your complete record, click on the details hyperlink on the leftmost column. You can print a PDF from either the details page hyperlink or by clicking on the small printer icon.

For Pool & Spa Users, there is an additional hyperlink to your Pool Data Form. You can also submit updates to your drain cover information.
